Tender Alerts, Historical Snapshots & the API
Other Features · Last updated Jul 13, 2026Tender Alerts
Tender Alerts track procurement and tender activity for excise authorities — for example, when an authority puts its tax stamp contract out to tender. Each alert records the authority involved, the product types affected, the publication date, contract duration, and a description with a link to the source. This gives you early visibility of contracts that may reshape a programme's specification or supplier in future.
Historical Snapshots
Behind the scenes, the platform keeps periodic snapshots of each programme's data, allowing changes to be tracked over time. This underpins the specification history and "recent programme changes" views elsewhere in the platform, so you can trust that what you see reflects genuine changes rather than just data corrections.
REST API
For teams that want to integrate Tax Stamp Database data into their own systems, a REST API is
available at /api/v1/, covering regions, countries, excise authorities, product
categories and types, suppliers, programmes, specifications, specification periods, consumption
data, data sources, and historical snapshots. Contact your account manager for access details and
API documentation appropriate to your subscription tier.
