My Profile

Accessing Your Profile

Every logged-in user — not just organisation administrators — can manage their own account from My Profile, found in the user menu at the top right of the page.

Profile Information

From here you can update your first name, last name, email address, and job title.

Change Password

A separate form lets you change your password at any time.

Organisation & Account Details

Below the editable forms, two read-only panels show:

• Organisation — Your organisation's name, its subscription tier and active/inactive status, your own role within the organisation (Admin or Member), and the subscription's expiry date
• Account Details — Your username, member-since date, and last login
