• Added caching for country list with pre-computed flag URLs to improve performance.
• Introduced caching for regions and filter options in consumption views.
• Updated consumption filter to include a "Has Program" option for filtering.
• Enhanced consumption table to display record counts and pagination controls.
• Increased decimal places for estimated stamps in models and migrations.
• Removed unused image files from the project.
