Team Management
Account & Team Management · Last updated Jul 13, 2026Who Can Use This Page
Team Management is only available to organisation administrators. If you are an administrator, you'll see a Team link in the main navigation bar and a Team Management item in your user menu. Other members of your organisation do not see these links.
The Team Roster
The Team Management page (Team in the navigation bar) lists every user in your organisation, showing each person's name, email, job title, role (Admin or Member), active/inactive status, and last login. Your own row is marked with a You badge and does not offer the row-level actions described below — you cannot change your own role, deactivate yourself, or remove your own account.
Seats & Subscription Summary
Three summary cards at the top of the page show:
- Users — Your current user count against your organisation's seat limit, and how many seats remain (or "Unlimited" on an enterprise plan)
- Subscription — Your subscription tier and whether it is currently active
- Expires — Your subscription's expiry date, with a link to contact the team about renewal
If your organisation has reached its seat limit, the Invite User button is disabled and a banner explains that you'll need to contact the team to add more seats.
Inviting a New User
Click Invite User and fill in the new team member's email address, first and last name, job title, and whether they should be made an organisation administrator. Submitting the form:
- Creates their account immediately — there is no separate "pending invite" state
- Generates a temporary password
- Emails them a welcome message with their username, temporary password, and a link to log in
If the seat limit has been reached, the invite is blocked with a message directing you to contact the team about upgrading.
Promoting or Demoting an Administrator
Use the role toggle on a team member's row to promote them to organisation administrator, or demote an existing administrator back to a regular member. This takes effect immediately.
Activating or Deactivating a User
Toggling a user's status deactivates their account without deleting it — a deactivated user cannot log in, but their data and history are preserved. Toggling again reactivates them.
Resending an Invite
If a new user has lost their welcome email or forgotten their temporary password, use Resend Invite on their row to generate a new temporary password and re-send the welcome email.
Removing a User
Removing a user takes you to a confirmation page summarising the account you're about to remove (with an extra warning if they are an administrator). Confirming permanently deletes their account. This action cannot be undone — if you simply want to suspend someone's access, use Deactivate instead.
Seat Limits by Subscription Tier
The number of users your organisation can have is governed by your subscription tier (with enterprise plans typically unlimited). If you need more seats than your current plan allows, contact your account manager to discuss upgrading.
